All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your device ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Wisephone, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the device is in its original condition and packaging.
Which carriers are compatible with Wisephone?
Wisephone is unlocked and compatible with most major US carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, and their associated prepaid networks. Please note that it is currently not compatible with Verizon.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
Yes, Wisephone requires a monthly subscription for the 'WiseOS' software. This fee covers secure cloud storage for your photos, continuous security updates, and the maintenance of our distraction-free ecosystem.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Absolutely. You can transfer your current phone number to Wisephone by simply inserting your existing SIM card or contacting your carrier to port your number to a new SIM.
